Each rebate form provides information as to whether or not the request can be filed online, or if an official claim form must be mailed in for processing. Please refer to your offer form for submission options.
No, we will accept a photo copy of pages 1 and 2 of your billing statement as your proof of activation. If you send your original, always keep a copy for your records.
Please contact your Satellite TV service provider and ask them to reprint a billing statement for you.
If the submit by date or postmark date has passed for your Rebate, you will NOT be eligible for that Rebate. Always check the terms and conditions as soon as possible to ensure you submit in time.

Rebates usually have a limit to the number of claims that can be submitted for each customer, household, or address. To find out specific terms and conditions, or the limit of how many Rebates are allowed for that offer, please check your Rebate form. Using additional addresses that are not your own to qualify for more than the limit per customer is considered mail fraud and is against the law.
